"Thank you for mining, building, and growing with us this year. Here’s what we built together in 2025—and where we’re headed next." - Stellar Forge

2025: A Year We Built Through Together

As we come to the end of 2025, all of us at Stellar Forge Mining want to pause and simply say: Thank you & Happy Holidays!

Whether you’re hosting a single machine or scaling a multi-megawatt deployment with us, you are the reason our sites stay energized, our teams stay sharp, and our long days feel worthwhile. We know you’re not just running ASICs—you’re building long-term Bitcoin positions, businesses, and futures for your families and communities.

Did you know our rates haven't changed since inception? They haven't (For years, we are still one of the lowest rates available). While everything else in the world has changed - we've remained committed to passing on savings to our customers continuously.

We’re proud to be in this with you.

The Bigger Picture: Bitcoin Mining in 2025

This year has been another reminder that Bitcoin mining is not for the faint of heart—but it is for builders.

  • Bitcoin remained a true institutional asset. Spot ETFs, growing regulatory clarity, and macro demand kept Bitcoin firmly on the radar of funds, family offices, and corporates. Institutions continue to accumulate BTC and add exposure through miners and hosting, even as price volatility reminds everyone this is a long-term game. SSGA+1

  • Hashrate and difficulty kept climbing. Even after the 2024 halving, global competition pushed difficulty higher. That’s pressured margins for inefficient operators, but it’s also rewarded miners who invested in better infrastructure, lower power costs, and operational discipline—exactly what we’ve been focused on building with you.

  • Mining + AI became a defining theme. Across the industry, many large public miners began repurposing or expanding their data centers for AI and high-performance compute, leveraging existing power contracts, land, and cooling. For some, AI is now a second revenue stream sitting beside Bitcoin; for others, it’s a future pivot. We are happy to be expanding both; Not a replacement, but a separate vertical that we see growing and that can benefit both spaces.

  • Energy strategy moved center stage. Demand-response, curtailment programs, and grid-support services gained even more attention. In deregulated markets like Texas, leading miners generated tens of millions in energy credits by flexing load during peak demand—showing that mining can be both a buyer of last resort and a stability tool for the grid. As you know, when your machines are curtailed, you're not making money; Because of that, we remain committed to you, with one of the highest industry uptimes of 99.98%. We want you online hashing - just like you want to be. As of 2025, we're not currently participating in curtailment programs.

  • Scrutiny and sustainability intensified. From satellite imagery that shows thermal footprints of huge mining campuses to debates about emissions and water usage, 2025 underscored how important it is to design sites that are efficient, responsible, and transparent. Space

In 2024, we started focusing facilities on zero water usage, ensuring optimal stability and environmental responsibility stayed at the forefront of our mission. We are happy to report that all new facilities both AI & Bitcoin will be zero water usage facilities. We deployed one of the first zero water usage campuses in North America in 2024.

In short: professional, resilient operators are rising to the top—and we want Stellar Forge Mining, and you, firmly in that category.

Stellar Forge Mining: 2025 Highlights

This year, our focus was simple: be the kind of long-term hosting partner we would want if we were a customer. Financially Stable. Consistent. No Changing Terms Mid Contract. One of the Highest Uptimes Available.

Here are a few ways we moved that mission forward in 2025:

1. Scaling Heartland Infrastructure

  • Continued build-out of multi-megawatt, modular data center capacity in the American Heartland, with a focus on renewable-backed and hybrid energy fabrics. Baxtel+1

The above article was written without our permission, however, it is a good share.

  • Advanced our roadmap for AI-ready and Bitcoin-ready sites that can support both hash and high-density compute, expanding our customer footprint as the market evolves; supporting both mining operations & AI operations.

2. Zero-Water-Use & Next-Gen Cooling

  • Continued investment in closed-loop and hydro-style cooling architectures designed for zero process-water usage, helping us support high density while being good stewards of local resources. LinkedIn+1

  • Routine maintenance and monitoring practices—like pH testing of coolants and proactive inspections—kept our infrastructure healthy and uptime strong, so your machines can keep doing their job. LinkedIn

3. Stronger Operational Backbone

  • Expanded our technical, reliability, and operations teams to support our growing footprint across Kansas and the Heartland region, while maintaining our commitment to being reachable, accountable, and honest with customers. LinkedIn+1

  • Continued to invest in structured processes, status pages, and communications so you can see what’s happening at our sites instead of guessing. Stellar Forge Mining Status

  • Continued investment in custom Power Monitoring solutions within Substation level and machine level data in order to ensure safety and compliance of industry assets. This In-House Software program has continued to provide compliance savings, that then can be passed on to customers and partners.

4. Community & Ecosystem Investment

  • Served as a foundational sponsor of events like the Heartland Digital Asset Exchange (#HDAX), helping position the region as a serious player in AI and Bitcoin infrastructure—not just a “flyover” state. Startland News+1

  • Continued our broader commitment (online and offline) to local jobs, education, and rural economic development—because we believe that if the data center wins, the community should win too.

Through all of this, your trust and patience—especially in at times a volatile industry—have meant more than we can say.

For Retail & Institutional Miners Alike

We serve a wide range of customers:

  • Individual and small-scale miners who want a trustworthy, stable “home” for their ASICs without having to manage facilities themselves.

  • Growing mining businesses building multi-megawatt footprints and needing a partner that understands power, contracts, operations, repair, and long-term planning.

  • Institutional and corporate clients who are thinking not just about hashrate, but about ESG metrics, counterparty risk, uptime SLAs, and optionality for AI or other compute workloads.

Across all of these, our promise stays the same:

"We will keep building infrastructure, relationships, and processes that are worthy of your trust -so you can focus on your strategy while we take care of the racks, power, and cooling."

Looking Ahead to 2026

Heading into 2026, we’re optimistic—and genuinely excited—about what’s ahead:

  • We expect continued institutional interest in Bitcoin itself and in miners/hosting as part of diversified digital asset strategies. SSGA+1

  • We see growing demand for dual-use infrastructure that can support both Bitcoin and AI, opening up new ways to strengthen economics for sites with the right power and cooling. Wall Street Journal+1

This year our AI vertical remains committed to supporting the AI industry through foundational infrastructure. Our next commitment is 1/2 Billion Dollar AI Campus as part of our Phase I Campus Commitment beginning this year. Additional commitments will continue into the next 5 years as future phases continue.

We will also be focused on bringing additional Zero Water Usage Liquid Cooled Data Center facilities online for Bitcoin Mining customers, ensuring that we keep pace with an industry that is ever changing - while maintaining consistency.

Internally, we’re always focused on:

  • Bringing additional megawatts of capacity online in carefully chosen locations.

  • Refining our support processes, monitoring, and status communications.

  • Continuing to invest in people, training, and community in the regions where we operate.

Most importantly: we want to keep growing with you.

A Simple Thank You

On behalf of the entire Stellar Forge Mining team—operations, engineering, customer support, finance, and leadership—thank you for sticking with us, challenging us, and building with us this year.

Bitcoin mining will continue to evolve. Difficulty will rise and fall. Prices will swing. Narratives will change.

But what we can control—and what we promise to keep showing up for—is:

  • The quality of the infrastructure we build.

  • The care we put into maintaining it.

  • The honesty and respect we show you in every interaction.

We’re grateful you chose us as your hosting partner, and we can’t wait to see what we build together in 2026.

Wishing you and your families a peaceful holiday season and a bright, resilient, and prosperous new year.

With appreciation,

The Stellar Forge Mining Team

Heartland power. Global impact.
