Once an order has been placed, the customer is committed to the purchasing of equipment from Stellar Forge Mining. Required payment whether choice of: Wire Transfer via Bank MUST be received within 24 business hours or the order is subject to cancellation. After full payment of the order has been verified order will be dispatched for delivery. 

If for any reason the customer fails to accept delivery of any orders, or if the order is unable to be delivered because Stellar Forge Mining was not provided the proper instructions, appropriate documents, licenses or authorizations the customer acknowledges and understands the following: 
-All risk of loss to the equipment and/or entirety of the order is deemed by the Customer.

-Any incurred costs of parts or equipment that may be damaged, lost, or stolen while in carrier’s possession, transit or from shipping is deemed the responsibility of the customer. 

-Customer shall be liable for all related costs and expenses including, without limitation storage and insurance.
