If you’re looking to get your machines online quickly and not have worry about them everyday, this is where you want to send them. They do have a strict onboarding process but just fill out the forms they require and they will have them running within two weeks max. Most of my units were set up the same week they received them.

Their ticket system is good and they usually respond the same day there is an issue unless it’s a weekend. They will send your units out for warranty service and fix them if necessary. They recently fixed a malfunctioning hashboard on one of my units."
